- You may not interfere with or disrupt the Platform or the servers or networks connected to the Platform.
- You may not use any automated scripts or bots to access or use the Platform.
- You may not collect or store personal information about other users without their express consent.
Your Content:
By posting, uploading, or otherwise sharing content on Jori Ki Chah, you retain ownership of the content you create and share. This includes, but is not limited to, photos, videos, audio files, documents, and written text. However, by sharing your content on the platform, you grant Jori Ki Chah a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, display, and reproduce your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform.
License Grant:
The license you grant to Jori Ki Chah includes the right to:
- Display your content publicly on the platform.
- Modify or adapt your content as necessary for technical or usability reasons.
- Distribute your content across our platform and any associated services.
- Use your content for promotional purposes, such as in marketing materials or advertisements.
This license ends when you delete your content or your account, unless your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.
Your Responsibilities:
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you share on Jori Ki Chah:
- Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties.
- Is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
By posting content, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share that content and to grant the license described above.
Platform Content:
All content provided by Jori Ki Chah, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jori Ki Chah or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the platform without our express permission.
- Use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a license from us.
Reporting Infringements:
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon by content posted on Jori Ki Chah, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content and terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.
Termination of License:
Jori Ki Chah reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the platform and its content will immediately cease.
To access and use Jori Ki Chah, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Age Requirement:
- You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Legal Capacity:
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you must have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Account Requirements:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Compliance with Laws:

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Jori Ki Chah is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
One Account Per Person:
You are allowed to create only one account on Jori Ki Chah. Duplicate accounts for the same individual are not permitted and may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.
Use of Account:
You agree to use your account solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use your account for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Jori Ki Chah.
Usernames:
You may not choose a username that is offensive, violates the rights of others, or impersonates another person. We reserve the right to reject or remove usernames at our discretion.
Termination of Account:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Condition, provided false information, or engaged in any fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of content obtained from Jori Ki Chah.

Prohibited Activities:

- Impersonating another person or entity
- Uploading viruses or malicious code
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts

- Posting or sharing repetitive or irrelevant content to solicit business or promote services not authorized by Jori Ki Chah.
Security Violations:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Jori Ki Chah, other user accounts, or any other systems or networks connected to the platform.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code.
- Engaging in activities that could disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of Jori Ki Chah, including hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or other harmful activities.
Inappropriate Content:
- Posting or sharing content that is obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
Privacy Violations:
- Sharing personal information about others without their consent.
- Collecting or harvesting personal data about other users without their permission.
Manipulative Practices:
- Engaging in any manipulative practices designed to artificially inflate or alter the platform’s metrics, such as likes, comments, or friend requests.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or other methods to interact with the platform or other users.
Misuse of Points and Rewards:
- Engaging in fraudulent activities to earn Love Points, Matchmaking Points, or Community Points.
- Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the points, badges, or levels system for personal gain.
Group and Forum Misconduct:
- Creating groups or forum topics with the intention of spreading misinformation, inciting violence, or promoting illegal activities.
- Disrupting group discussions or forum threads with irrelevant or harmful content.
Data Collection:
Jori Ki Chah collects personal information from users to provide and improve our services. This includes information you provide during registration, profile creation, and your use of the platform. We may also collect information from third parties or through automated means, such as cookies and tracking technologies.
Use of Data:

Limitation of Liability:

You agree to indemnify and hold Jori Ki Chah and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms of Condition, or your violation of any rights of another.
Grounds for Termination or Suspension:

- Illegal Activities: Engaging in any illegal activities while using the platform.

- Abuse of Features: Misusing or abusing platform features such as spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.
- Harassment: Engaging in harassment, abuse, bullying, or any form of discriminatory behavior against other users.
Process of Termination or Suspension:
- Notification: We may notify you via email or through the platform if your account is subject to termination or suspension. However, we are not obligated to provide notice in all cases.
- Immediate Action: In cases of severe violations, illegal activities, or threats to the safety and integrity of the platform, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice.

Effects of Termination or Suspension:

- Forfeiture of Points and Badges: Any Love Points, Matchmaking Points, Community Points, badges, or levels earned during your use of the platform may be forfeited.
- No Refunds: If your account is terminated or suspended, you will not be entitled to any refunds for any paid membership plans or other services.
Reactivation:
- Reactivation Requests: In some cases, we may allow users to request reactivation of their accounts after suspension. Reactivation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
- Compliance: Users who are granted reactivation must comply with all terms and conditions moving forward and may be subject to additional monitoring.

- Mediation: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, facilitated by a neutral third party. The mediator’s fees and expenses will be shared equally by both parties.
- Arbitration: If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the matter will be referred to arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration organization. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Governing Law:
These Terms of Condition and any disputes arising out of or related to the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction:
Any mediation or arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Pakistan. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Pakistan for the purpose of litigating any disputes that are not subject to mediation or arbitration.
Class Action Waiver:
You agree that any disputes or claims between you and Jori Ki Chah will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Limitation of Claims:
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it will be permanently barred.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms of Condition, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on Jori Ki Chah, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jori Ki Chah regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, regarding your use of the platform.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms of Condition is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Amendments:
Jori Ki Chah reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after we post a revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
No Waiver:
No waiver by Jori Ki Chah of any breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Jori Ki Chah.
Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms of Condition without our prior written consent. Jori Ki Chah may assign or transfer any or all of its rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent.
Headings:
The section headings in these Terms of Condition are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
Governing Language:
These Terms of Condition were originally written in English. To the extent any translated version of these Terms of Condition conflicts with the English version, the English version controls.
